Custom Website Design Case Study: Tropical Goddess Salon
The Tropical Goddess Salon is a full-service independent hair studio in Texas. Yvanna, the founder of Tropical Goddess Salon, felt that her salon website lacked the online presence it deserved - insert Beier Branding. It's safe to say that I was beyond excited to get started! It was such a fun project!

The Project Vision
Yvanna's branding is a mix of pink, green, and neutral tan tones; it showcases her love for palms, tropics, and Puerto Rican roots. She is also very passionate about her work, so it was a no brainer to showcase her work as well! Yvanna had her branding but wanted a custom website to align her passion and style. The project design included seven integrated social feeds, forms, and custom coding pages. The website design project took about two months from start to finish.

The Design Process
At Beier Branding, we value your unique identity, and staying true to your vision is important. Additionally, it's essential to have a solid foundation to get started. There are three foundations: branding/professional stock photography, all of the written copy, and a branding kit (if you have one).
Then, we start curating a custom website with the fonts and color schemes. This is where having a branding kit and professional photography comes in handy! These elements help with visualizing the layout and overall design of the website. However, ensuring we are on the same page is essential.
We develop a mockup of your homepage and seek your approval to ensure we align with your vision before building the whole site. Once approved, we continue to design the entire page and go into revision rounds. Collaboration is vital to the success of the design process. What's more, is the enjoyment of puzzling pieces of completing a website; this is where our creativity thrives on making a stand-out website.
The Launch
The Tropical Goddess Salon has officially launched, and it continues to grow. Yvanna is working to continue serving her community and has hopes to expand in the future. She could have been more proud about what she had built, and I was honored to be a part of her journey.
